Hurrens Butchers

Hurrens Butchers would like to thank you for your continuing support, We are a family run butchers and have been based in Stevenage Town Centre for over 40 years. It was founded by Ray Hurren, who after working for many years in the butchery dept at Fine Fares, decided to branch out on his own.

Paul, now runs the business (after Ray retired) with his wife Sue, The business has diversified over the years, as well as maintaining the retail side, the business has branched into a successful Catering Butchers. 

​

In 2015 Hurrens won the contract to supply the Fresh Meat to Herts Catering Ltd and serve all the secondary and primary schools in Hertfordshire.

Hurren's Butchers is passionate about bringing great quality food at a price you can afford. We are a local business building relationships with our customer and providing a great customer service, Hurrens staff are always available to help with advice on products, cuts, quantities or just help converting from lb's into kg.
